Manny Calavera                   Manny is the main character of the game. He is a travel agent working on the Department of Death. Manny must pick up people in the Land of the Living, bring them to the Land of the Dead, and set them off for a four year journey across the underworld. Manny himself can't leave the land of the dead until he has sold enough premium tickets. But something is rotten in the land of the dead, Manny's clients don't deserve the good packages, which he must sell in order to leave the Land of The Dead, but not only that, he is also risking to lose his job if he don't sell the good packages. Manny begins to suspect that something rotten is going on in the Land of The Dead.

Meche Colomar          Meche is one of Manny's clients. She led a good life in the Land of The Living so she was entitled a ticket on the number 9 train, but she doesn't receive the number 9 package, instead she gets a smaller package, so Manny offers his help but she is suddenly gone.

Glottis                            Manny's companion Glottis, a big orange demon with only one thing in his heart, love for anything with an engine. He works at the Department of Death and changes oil and adjust timing belts for cars.

Domino Hurley   Domino works at the Depatment of Death, and he also sells packages to newly arrived souls in the Land of The Dead. But why does he always get the premium clients. What's the secret he is hiding on.........

Salvador Limones     The revolutionary leader of the Lost Souls Alliance, what is his future plans. Seems like Manny isn't the only one who is suspecting that something rotten is going on in the Land of The dead.
